Our part-time coach roles (Football & Basketball) are 2 days per week and require candidates to hold their own valid UAE residency visa. We do not provide visa sponsorship for part-time positions. Ideal candidates include PE teachers, fitness trainers, sports coaches, or anyone with a full-time job who wants to coach on the side. Sessions run in the late afternoons and evenings on weekdays, and during the day on weekends. You'll be running structured training sessions for mixed age groups (4–18+) across our Al Nahda and Al Warqa locations. Each session has a warm-up, skill drills, small-sided games, and a cool-down debrief.
Yes — part-time coach roles (Football & Basketball, 2 days/week) require you to already hold a valid UAE residency visa. This is perfect for PE teachers, fitness instructors, or coaches with a primary job. Full-time roles may include visa consideration for qualified candidates.
A coaching licence (UEFA Level 1/2, AFC, or national equivalent) is preferred but not always required — we value real experience with youth players. What matters most is your energy, personality, and genuine passion for developing kids through football.
